Getting Paid

Bookeo pays you 20% commission on all subscription payments it receives from customers referred by you, for 12 months from the date the customer first signed up to a paid plan.

Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid on or before the 15th day of the following month. Commissions are paid via PayPal, with a PayPal payment sent to the same email address you use as your Bookeo username. If the email address is not linked to a PayPal account, PayPal gives you 30 days to claim the payment.

If the total commissions earned in a calendar month are less than $10 USD/10 €/$10 AUD, then the commissions are carried over to the following month until the minimum payout amount is reached.

Important Details

• Referral tracking relies on web cookies. If a customer changes browsers, clear cookies, or otherwise prevents Bookeo from getting your tracking cookie, we cannot identify you as the affiliate and can’t pay you the associated commissions.
• Commissions are only paid on payments for the monthly subscription fees. In particular, commissions are not paid on purchases of credits. (Credits can be purchased to send SMS, fax, etc.)
• Commissions are only paid if the referrer account is still registered in Bookeo. If your referrer Bookeo account is canceled or expired, no commissions will be paid.

Referring New Customers

There are two ways to refer new customers to Bookeo:

1. In your Bookeo account, click on account>Referral Commissions to find easy instructions, your unique Referral Code and links to use to promote Bookeo to your associates, friends and customers.
2. If a person visits our web site by clicking on the link you provided, and that person has not visited our web site in the previous 30 days, then a web cookie is sent to their browser. If the person then signs up to Bookeo within 30 days, the new account will be marked as referred by you.
3. Alternatively, simply give your Bookeo username to your friends, and ask them to enter it in the “Referral code” field when they sign up for a 30 day free trial. If at any time in the future, the person subscribes to a paid plan, you will then start earning trailing commissions according to the rates and duration above.

Promote responsibly

Bookeo enforces a zero tolerance policy for spam and for any aggressive, unsolicited form of advertising.

• Do not promote Bookeo via unsolicited email (spam).
• Do not post Bookeo referral links to forums, message boards, Facebook walls, blog comments or similar group spaces that do not belong to you.
• Do not publish ads including the term “Bookeo” or derivates, or ads targeting the term “Bookeo” or derivates, or ads that link to a URL in the bookeo.com domain or subdomains, or ads that link to a domain that contains the term “bookeo”.
• You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, especially if the above rules are not observed. If your affiliate account is terminated, pending commissions will be forfeited.
