Here’s what to know.

Boost security with password requirements

Strong password security is vital for safeguarding sensitive data and protecting against potential data breaches.

Now, Bookeo account owners and super-managers can easily set a universal password security and expiration policy for all the users of their account.

They can simply go to account>Organization security to set:

• Password change: Set whether account users are required to change their password on a regular basis, and how frequently. For example, every 60 days.
• Password length: Set a minimum password length for your account users. Keep in mind that password length is a primary factor in determining password strength.
• Password strength: Set whether account users’ passwords must include at least one symbol. A robust password can guard your account data from unauthorized access, reducing the risk of account compromise.

Protect your business from phishing attacks

What is phishing? It is an attempt to steal your sensitive or private information by using email messages that appear to be from legitimate or trusted senders.

To help protect your organization from phishing threats, each account user can configure impersonation protection settings for notifications sent by Bookeo.

Simply go to account>Your Security and upload a custom image that will appear in all notification emails sent by Bookeo.
